What do I do if someone has parked in my designated parking spot?

If an unauthorized vehicle is parked in an owner's space, the owner may lawfully have that vehicle towed. Once the owner calls the towing company, the owner should call the local police (716-699-2120) to let them know the car has been towed and where it's been towed to. If the owner of the towed vehicle calls the police looking for the car, then the police know where to send them.

Is smoking allowed in the building?

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or in any of the common areas.

What are the rules for using the front deck?

The door to the deck is locked when not in use. Only residential owners, long term renters, and their accompanied guests are allowed to use the deck and in accordance with occupancy limits.
